Conditions Report:

  • Excellent: The piece is in pristine condition and requires no further maintenance. It looks just like brand new.

  • Very Good: The piece may have minor signs of wear due to previous use, but all its components are in perfect condition. There are no significant scuffs or scratches visible. A light buffing might be necessary to restore its appearance to brand new.

  • Good: The piece shows some signs of wear and may have scratches, which are usually captured in photographs. However, all its components are present and accounted for. To restore its appearance and feel to brand new, it may need to be re-polished.

  • Fair: The piece has seen significant wear due to age and previous use, with some components displaying chips or nicks, scratches, and loss of rhodium. Although it can still be used, it is recommended that it be treated with care, especially since these pieces are typically 80-100 years old!

  • Poor: Although we endeavor not to offer such items, poor classification indicates missing or broken components, requiring repair or reconditioning for use. These pieces are sold as is, and can be useful for a new project or transformed into a different piece.

Payment Methods: 

We accept PayPal payments in the US and any country covered by PayPal's expanded seller protection. We may also accept wires with prior arrangements and verified addresses. Our checkout page also accepts all major credit cards.

Shipping: 

We normally use overnight and insured service. If you need a package delivered at a certain date please let us know sow we can accommodate you. A signature of an adult over 21 years  is required for all packages, with no exceptions. We only ship to verified addresses, and we will not modify our invoice under any circumstances.

Refund Policy: 

We offer a hassle-free return policy for all items. If the item is unsuitable, the buyer has the right to a refund, provided that the item is returned within 14 days of the purchase date in its original condition, with no damage, alteration, repair, or signs of wear when examined under a 10x jeweler's loupe. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees, except in cases where we have mistakenly misrepresented the item. We also accept returns if you do not like the item upon receiving it, but there is a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price.

We will keep you updated on our new jewelry or sales campaigns primarily via email. If you do not wish to receive emails or contact from us, please inform us.

Refunds: 

After the item is received and inspected we will issue a full refund to the same method of payment. 

Foreign buyers: 

You are responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by your country for the importation of any of our jewelry items. These fees are not included in the item's price or the shipping. Please contact your local customs official for details.

Photography: 

Please note that taking pictures of diamonds to be displayed on a computer screen can be difficult, sometimes making the diamonds look dark (especially rose cut diamonds). If you believe that the diamonds in our pictures appear dark, please refer to the description of the item, which states the accurate color and clarity of the stones. Sometimes images can make the item look distorted or appear to have problems when, in reality, it is fine. We list only high-quality pieces and avoid those with problems or in need of repair unless stated in the listing.

Warranty and Guarantee: 

Please note that for branded items, we are not able to offer any manufacturer warranties or guarantees as we are not authorized dealers for the factory. However, we do guarantee that any item you purchase from us is authentic and matches its description. We stand behind our products and assure you of their quality and authenticity.
